Fluentizer version 120 is released.

And the program itself has several improvements:
1) Fixed sound choking / echoing.
2) Added word pronunciation ability to the dictionary. Now user can enter a word into the dictionary's combo-box and it will be pronounced (if it appears in the current book).
3) Many other small improvements.
